Refund Policy

General Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our fitness coaching services, all purchases are non-refundable once services have begun.

By purchasing any program, plan, or coaching service from The Hybrid Co Training, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Coaching Services

• Monthly coaching plans, custom training programs, and HYROX-specific coaching are non-refundable once programming has been delivered or access has been granted.

• If you choose to discontinue services, you may do so at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time.

Free Consultations

Free consultations are offered at no cost and therefore are not eligible for refunds.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases involving documented medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances, The Hybrid Co Training may consider partial refunds or service credits at its sole discretion. Submission of documentation may be required.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting The Hybrid Co Training may result in termination of services. We encourage clients to reach out directly with any concerns so we can work toward a resolution.
