Hi, I'm Nyah! Your Coach
I’m a senior at Harvard and hybrid athlete who trains for HYROX, running, and strength while balancing a demanding pre-med schedule. After my soccer career ended, I spent years trying to find something that gave me purpose, adrenaline, and joy again. Hybrid training became that outlet that seamlessly fits into my busy day and my transition into medical school next year!
I coach those who want structure without burnout, strength without shame, and balance without chaos. I incorporate substantial exercise science, kinesiology, and nutrition advice to make sure that you get the best training possible.
A personal note:
My relationship with God helped me heal my relationship with movement and food. I learned to release perfectionism, train with gratitude, and view my body with respect. You don't have to share my faith to feel welcome here! It simply shapes the heart behind the way I coach.
